The role collaborates with stakeholders, customers, and vendors, ensuring adoption and reliability of the platform. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Salesforce admin experience, including Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure system effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage.
