Alliantgroup LP is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform and related sales tech. You will focus on advanced configuration, data integrity, enterprise-scale automation, and driving user adoption across go-to-market teams.

Applicants should have a Salesforce Admin certification and 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong security and reporting capabilities. Onsite work in Houston, TX is required.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud preferred).
• Proficient in Salesforce security models, custom objects, flows, and sandbox lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-level declarative configuration and data orchestration.
• Administer expanded limits, custom objects, and storage capabilities.
• Configure user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules with strong security.
• Provide proactive support and improve user experience for Salesforce users.
