Job summary

BeneCard PBF is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to own and manage the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Operations. The role focuses on optimizing processes, automations, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions and scalable growth.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sustainable solutions, maintain data integrity, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to support enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience with proven track record.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, PBM, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, reporting, and user security.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with an architect mindset.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-focused Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary owner and administrator of our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and continued evolution of Salesforce to support Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical Salesforce expertise with a consultative mindset, enabling them to translate business needs into scalable solutions. They approach the platform with a Salesforce architect mindset, thinking beyond immediate requirements to design scalable, sustainable, and well-governed solutions that align with the organization's long-term business and technology objectives.

This individual will drive user adoption, improve operational efficiency through automation, maintain data integrity, and deliver meaningful reporting and analytics that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the Salesforce platform.
• Manage user access, security settings, system configurations, and platform maintenance.
• Evaluate business requirements through an architectural lens, ensuring Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise best practices and future growth objectives.
• Build and maintain Salesforce automations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, data management, and quality control processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day user support and training.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive Salesforce adoption across the organization.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, best practices, and new functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a proven track record of successfully building, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce environments.
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, PBM, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, reporting, and user security.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. Possesses a Salesforce architect mindset with the ability to consider platform design, data architecture, integrations, governance, technical debt, and long-term scalability, regardless of formal architect certification.
• Ability to balance tactical business needs with strategic platform design, serving as both a trusted administrator and a forward-thinking Salesforce solution architect.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive projects from concept through implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
