Are you looking for a high-impact and challenging technical admin role? Are you skilled at diving deep into processes and leveraging technology to optimize them? Do you want to make a significant contribution as a technical admin in a fast-growing SaaS company?

If yes, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. The Salesforce Administrator will be part of the Revenue Operations team, which interacts across the organization. This role is crucial to the success of our GTM team and involves engaging in multiple cross-cutting initiatives from the outset.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Rev Ops Leadership, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations to implement and enhance processes across GTM systems.
  • Manage our Salesforce instance, including automation and customization.
  • Administer Outreach, working with the Sales Development team to maximize tool effectiveness and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth data flows between marketing and sales, maintaining high data quality.
  • Manage other core tools like Gong, Clari, and Zoominfo, ensuring optimal data flow and system integration.
  • Evaluate and recommend new GTM technologies to leadership.
  • Implement new GTM tools and integrate them with existing systems.
  • Partner with Enablement to train GTM teams on tools and maximize their utilization.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise SaaS sales & marketing environment.
  • Extensive Salesforce administration experience (custom objects, report types, process builder, data loader, integrations). Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
  • Experience with Outreach administration (triggers, custom fields, governance).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar (e.g., Nue.io), including understanding of custom CPQ objects.
  • Experience managing the implementation and rollout of new GTM tools.
  • Passion for fast-paced, transparent, collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement.
  • Curiosity and a hands-on approach to meet deadlines and goals.
Compensation:

In Canada, the annual salary ranges from $79,200 CAD to $118,800 CAD. In the USA, from $78,800 to $118,200 USD. The starting salaries for the USA are typically around $88,650 USD, and for Canada, around $89,100 CAD. Salaries vary based on experience and skill level, with growth opportunities and regular compensation reviews.

Our pay scales are competitive, market-based, and adjusted for cost of living where applicable. We encourage questions about compensation during interviews for clarity and transparency.
