We’re currently partnering with an amazing client and looking for a Loyalty Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and security.
  2. Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions to support loyalty program initiatives.
  3. Configure and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and workflows.
  4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into loyalty program performance.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  6. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.
  7. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and efficiency.
  9. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, releases, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a loyalty or customer engagement context.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration.
  3. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  5. Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, etc.).
  6. Experience with integration tools and techniques (APIs, middleware, etc.).
  7. Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
