The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing initiatives to maximize the efficiency of the Salesforce Organization. The position will work closely with the Business to resolve issues and enhance all aspects of our Salesforce (SFDC) environment.

This position has two open vacancies: for Junior-Middle and for Senior levels.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language level.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Business Analyst experience.
• Issue Management experience.
• Salesforce Implementation experience.
• Implementation experience with Salesforce AppExchange.
• Experience with Field Service, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in dataloader tools to maintain a clean Salesforce environment.
