We’re looking for a skilled and motivatedSalesforce Administrator to manage and continuously improve our Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports our evolving business needs and helps drive operational efficiency. This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, optimizing processes, and enabling go-to-market teams through thoughtful, scalable CRM solutions.

What You’ll Do

Act as the primary administrator for our Salesforce instance (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings

Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, flows, and page layouts

Support integrations with tools like Gong, HubSpot, and other GTM platforms

Partner closely with GTM teams to understand business needs and deliver effective CRM solutions that drive revenue

Maintain high data quality through deduplication, audits, and data hygiene best practices

Provide training and create documentation to support adoption and enablement across teams

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM/RevOps role

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent practical experience

Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform functionality

Experience using tools like Data Loader, DemandTools, or comparable apps for managing large data sets

Proficiency with automation tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder)

Strong communication skills—you can translate business needs into clear, scalable system solutions

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you don’t just fix issues, you improve how things work

Experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech company is a plus

Bonus: familiarity with AppExchange apps, Apex, or system integrations

Built’s salary range for this position is $74,000-100,000k USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Built will include equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
