What We Offer You:
The base salary range for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator is $80,400.00 to $144,600.00. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and internal tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.
Sr. Salesforce Administrator - Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring the continued success of our Salesforce implementation and driving system optimization. Leads projects that have system-wide impact to enhance and deploy new functionality. Administers overall setup, configuration and maintenance of the application, which includes troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users. Analyzes, designs, develops, and implements custom solutions based on planning and analysis of business system requirements, system changes and enhancements in consultation with internal departments. Creates training documents and maintains project files and updates.
