Job summary

Spire is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Developer in Boulder, CO to own the CRM foundation across Salesforce and HubSpot. You will administer, develop, and integrate systems, delivering scalable GTM tech aligned with revenue strategy.

The role balances hands-on implementation with architecture work and user adoption across Sales and Marketing. You will tackle integration complexity, data modeling, and deployment processes, partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Salesforce Administrator and Developer with data modeling and validation rules.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations and API usage.
• Certifications: Admin + Platform App Builder; Platform Developer I preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration and data quality.
• Design automations with Salesforce Flow and implement changes end-to-end.
• Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex/Lightning Web Components.
• Own integrations between Salesforce and HubSpot, NetSuite, CPQ, via REST/SOAP.
• Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
