Job summary

FireMon is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin to own day-to-day user management and CRM integrations within the Revenue Operations team. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Claude and other AI tools to speed up documentation and reporting.

Based in the Central or Eastern time zone, you will collaborate with global stakeholders and help create reliable dashboards and single sources of truth for GTM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator.
• Active Salesforce Trailblazer badges or community involvement.
• CRM database cleansing and maintenance experience.
• 3rd party/consultant partnership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Power user of Claude AI daily.
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and Gong.
• Experience with LeanData or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt resolution to CRM-related technical challenges and user issues.
• Manage user profiles, permissions, licenses, and page layouts.
• Maintain fields, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, packages, and integrations.
• Identify efficiency opportunities with simple, scalable solutions.
• Document processes, train users, contribute to CRM onboarding.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to build improvements.
• Create single source of truth reports and dashboards for sales/marketing.
• Maintain integrations across GTM tech stack (LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, Snowflake).
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to accelerate documentation and reporting.
