Job summary

FireMon is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own day-to-day user management, maintain CRM integrations, and partner with the GTM org. You’ll blend Salesforce expertise with AI tools like Claude to automate documentation and reporting, ensuring scalable, clean systems across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience.
• Active Salesforce Trailblazer – Trailhead badges or community involvement.
• CRM database cleansing and maintenance.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with Claude and AI assistants.
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and Gong.
• Experience with LeanData or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues related to the CRM instance
• Manage user profiles, permissions, licenses, and page layouts
• Maintain existing and new fields, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, managed packages, and integrations
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, inventing creative yet simple solutions to improve internal and external customer experience
• Document system processes, train users and contribute to CRM onboarding
• Partner with global stakeholders to identify and build improvements
• Work closely with Head of Revenue Operations and VP of Growth Marketing to create “single source of truth” reports/dashboards for sales and marketing organizations
• Support and maintain integrations across our GTM tech stack, including LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Snowflake
• Put Claude and other AI tools to work every day, accelerating documentation, reporting, and process design so you can focus on the fun, high-impact stuff
