Meta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced, in-person Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce CRM environment. Reporting to IT/Operations leadership, you will work on-site full-time and partner closely with Sales, Division Sales Managers, and Operations to ensure the platform scales with our rapidly growing sales divisions — keeping data clean, workflows efficient, and reporting accurate for leadership. The core of this role is classic Salesforce administration — configuration, data quality, automation, and reporting. Alongside that, Meta Power Solutions is building AI into its quoting and sales operations, and Salesforce is the system of record at the center of it. What matters is that you can own the Salesforce side of those integrations — the objects and fields AI writes into, the health of the connections, and the review steps that keep a person in the loop — and that you are curious about the technology. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is a plus. Minimum of 2–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with CPQ or quoting tools is a plus. Experience with Flow Builder, process automation, and data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Excellent communication skills; comfortable training and supporting non-technical, in‑person users daily. Detail-oriented, with strong data governance and documentation habits. Comfortable with integrations at the API level — reading and troubleshooting JSON payloads, webhooks and callbacks, Connected Apps and OAuth, and Named Credentials — and able to trace a failure end-to-end across two systems. Open to working with AI‑generated data in the CRM, with the judgment to assess whether it is good enough to trust and where a human review step belongs — while respecting company AI‑usage, data‑handling, and confidentiality policies. Must be able to work on‑site full-time in Palm Beach Gardens, FL — this is an in‑person role with no remote or hybrid option.
