Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Previous experience in a sales position preferred
• Must be open to relocation

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products, processes, and customer relationships to transition into a sales position.
• Develop and maintain relationships to exceed sales goals using company tools for service and repair growth.
• Prepare service contract bids and repair proposals.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers' building needs.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and local elevator codes.
• Prospect and establish relationships with new customers.
