Job summary

TK Elevator is launching a Sales Training Elevator Professional program designed to progressively develop you into an Account Manager responsible for a defined geographic area. You will learn products, processes, and customer relations to contribute to branch profitability and future leadership roles.

The STEP program includes orientation, safety training, and online modules, culminating in responsible sales leadership and client management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Previous experience in a sales position is preferred.
• Must be open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with customers to build awareness of their needs.
• Exceed sales goals by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to address short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.
• Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with new customers.
