Job summary

TK Elevator invites you to join its Sales Training Elevator Professional program, designed to develop you from product and process knowledge into a sales role that strengthens branch profitability.

The STEP program offers orientation, safety training, and hands-on exposure to installation, modernization, repair and service. Upon completion you’ll become an Account Manager managing customer relationships in a defined geographic area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Previous experience in a sales position is preferred.
• Must be open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with customers to build an awareness of their needs.
• Exceed sales goals by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and develop knowledge of local elevator code requirements.
• Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with new customers.
