Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a direct customer interactive environment; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead store training and onboarding of new team members to ensure onboarding processes and certification requirements.
• Mentor training and onboarding coordinator to improve engagement and retention.
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to optimize costs and drive revenue growth.
• Create and maintain the retail store schedule for optimal staffing.
• Oversee Café operations and Kids Spaces to maintain health standards and safety.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff to build a strong team.
• Improve guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving escalations.

Education
