Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead store training and onboarding of new team members; review onboarding processes and ensure certification requirements.
• Support and mentor the training and onboarding coordinator to improve engagement and retention.
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to optimize costs and drive revenue growth.
• Create and maintain the retail store schedule to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Minimize store risks by addressing errors in order processing and implementing training programs.
• Recruit candidates, conduct interviews, and complete the hiring process efficiently.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues for escalated guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Safeguard store profitability by ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Conduct regular audits of store processes and collaborate with asset protection teams.
• Oversee daily cash office operations and collaborate with corporate accounting.
• Oversee Café operations with appropriate staffing and food safety training.
• Oversee Kids Spaces operations ensuring safety and compliance.
• Foster team member development through regular check-ins and performance management.
• Oversee store sales and operations to enhance customer service and loyalty.
• Cultivate a positive store culture with servant leadership.
