Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Sales Support Manager for its Southern California locations. The role trains in La Mirada and then returns to the home store to lead.

You will drive revenue growth, develop store teams in Foundational Excellence, and ensure high guest satisfaction through onboarding and effective training. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5 years in direct customer environments, and 3 years in management, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, design, sales, merchandising or related field preferred.
• 5 years in direct customer interactive environment; 3 years of management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead store training and onboarding programs for new team members.
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to drive revenue growth.
• Create and maintain store schedules to optimize staffing.
• Support and mentor the onboarding coordinator to improve engagement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Oversee Café and Kids Spaces operations and health standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store staff in line with company policies.
• Conduct regular audits to minimize losses and improve processes.
