Living Spaces Furniture is seeking Sales Support Managers for our Southern California locations. This role will train in La Mirada and then return to their home store to manage.

The Sales Support Manager develops store teams in Foundational Excellence, focusing on standard work, talent management, and operational execution. This role drives revenue growth and maintains high guest satisfaction through onboarding and effective training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field.
• 5 years experience in a direct customer interactive environment; 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and onboarding to ensure effective implementation and certification requirements.
• Support and mentor the training and onboarding coordinator to improve engagement and retention.
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to optimize costs and drive revenue growth.
• Create and maintain store schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members while ensuring compliant hiring practices.
• Elevate guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and training de-escalation technique.
• Oversee Café operations and Kids Spaces to maintain health standards and safety.
• Conduct regular audits of store processes to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
• Oversee cash office operations and collaborate with corporate accounting on discrepancies.
