Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Southern California is seeking a Sales Support Manager to train in La Mirada and then lead the home store, focusing on foundational excellence, standard work, talent management, and operational execution. Essential duties include leading training, managing budgets, scheduling, and supervising Café and Kids Spaces operations, while ensuring compliance and high service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead store training and onboarding of new team members and ensure effective onboarding programs.
• Support and mentor the training and onboarding coordinator to improve team engagement and retention.
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to optimize costs and drive revenue growth.
• Create and maintain the retail store schedule to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Oversee Café operations and Kids Spaces to ensure safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store staff and maintain high standards of customer service.

Education
