Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Support Manager to train in La Mirada and return to their home store in Southern California. The role focuses on foundational excellence, onboarding, and leadership in store operations.

You will drive revenue growth, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure guest satisfaction through effective training and performance coaching. This role requires strong people skills and a track record in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, design, retail management, sales or related field.
• 5 years in a direct customer interactive environment, high volume.
• 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store training and onboarding of new team members for effective implementation.
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to optimize costs and drive revenue.
• Oversee Café operations and Kids Spaces, ensuring health standards and safety.
• Schedule staffing, conduct interviews, and manage hiring to build a strong team.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
