Qualifications

- Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership curricula for senior commercial leaders.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, design, and maintenance of leadership learning paths for regional leaders.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify capability gaps using data and stakeholder input.
- Deliver blended learning experiences including workshops, virtual sessions, and self-paced modules.
- Develop content on coaching, leadership, business acumen, and cross-functional influence.
- Partner with leadership and HR to define competencies and success measures.
