Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Training Coordinator to administer and coordinate onboarding and training for the Sales Force Development team. You will manage logistics, communications, scheduling, learner provisioning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless learning experience.

This role supports corporate training initiatives, onboarding programs, and national sales meeting execution, with primary office and remote work options, located at US facilities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in training coordination or related role.
• Experience supporting sales training or onboarding programs preferred.
• Experience coordinating trainings, events, or organizational programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new sales hires.
• Submit and manage new hire system provisioning requests.
• Maintain onboarding schedules, rosters, and learner records.
• Coordinate training logistics including travel, hotels, and facilities.
• Ensure access to hardware, software, and training materials.
• Distribute communications for onboarding and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Sales, Facilities for timely execution.
• Maintain training documentation and attendance records.
• Support National Sales Meetings planning and logistics.
• Identify process improvements to improve efficiency and learner experience.
