Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks a Manager, Sales Training to lead onboarding and role development for the Vision commercial team. This remote role supports the continental USA and collaborates with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Training to accelerate readiness and performance.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 5+ years in Sales Training or related fields, strong business acumen, and experience designing learning journeys for field teams. Travel is domestic up to 15–25%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MA/MS in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Sales Training, onboarding, learning and development, or commercial training experience required.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align capability needs with commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding strategy and execution for new sales representatives.
• Translate field and business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Design blended learning journeys with formal learning, practice, coaching and assessments.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to define readiness expectations and development priorities.
• Ensure onboarding reflects customer interactions, selling expectations, territory and product knowledge.
