This remote role in the continental USA requires partnering with Sales Leaders, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to create effective learning experiences that accelerate field readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MA/MS preferred.
• 5+ years of Sales Training, onboarding, learning and development, or commercial training experience.
• Vision Care sales experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen aligned to commercial priorities.
• Experience facilitating training virtually and in-person.
• Experience building or managing training curriculum and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding strategy for new sales representatives from pre-boarding to field readiness.
• Translate business needs into practical learning and development solutions.
• Design blended learning journeys with formal learning, field application, coaching and assessment.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and field managers to define readiness and development priorities.
• Ensure programs reflect customer interactions, selling expectations, territory and account management.
