Teacher Created Materials seeks a Sales Training Manager to own the development and readiness of newer Sales Consultants. You will combine field coaching with virtual training to expand product knowledge, sales skills, and disciplined habits, and you will be accountable for measurable gains in consultant productivity and sales results.

Qualifications

• This role welcomes internal and external candidates with proven sales success and coaching ability.
• Experience selling instructional resources to schools and districts is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for virtual and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Own development and sales-readiness progression for newer Sales Consultants (0–2 years).
• Travel 50–75% nationwide to work with consultants in their territories and coach on the sales cycle.
• Observe real-world selling and provide actionable coaching on prospecting, discovery, and closing.
• Design and facilitate ongoing virtual sales and product training programs for new consultants.
• Develop individualized development plans with clear goals and follow-up actions.
• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents to align on development priorities and coaching cadence.
• Document feedback and progress after field visits and training activities.
