Omari Construction LLC is seeking a charismatic Sales Training & Development Manager to design and lead a comprehensive sales training program that converts new hires into top performers. You’ll create systems, curriculum, coaching, and certification to scale sales and marketing with consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales training and development.
• Experience in exterior remodeling, roofing, or home improvement is preferred but not required.
• Charismatic, energetic presenter who can engage a room.
• Highly organized with ability to build systems and track results.
• Strong coaching skills and a passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales reps.
• Create sales playbooks, training manuals, coaching guides, and certification programs.
• Build a video training library and digital learning resources.
• Develop assessments and certification standards to measure competency.
• Lead onboarding and coaching for new reps through structured programs.
• Provide ongoing skills coaching and CRM accountability.
• Deliver engaging training on roofing and exterior products, insurance restoration, and CRM best practices.
• Run role-plays to prepare reps for real customer interactions.
• Track metrics (time to first sale, close rates, CRM compliance, retention) and prepare monthly reports.
• Leverage AI tools to create training materials and coaching documentation.
