Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Training Manager to join our team! As a Sales Training Manager on the team, you will work closely with our team of trainers to support, mentor, and encourage them to become a successful, motivational sales force for our company. You will also handle scheduling for your sales department, budgeting, hiring and training new team members, and any disciplinary actions as needed.
