Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Degree in Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant training experience.
• Training experience with at least 1 year of people management; capable in dynamic environments and change.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and manage sales associates.
• Implement training programs and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate training with various departments to prepare trainees.
• Present and train sales associates; conduct or facilitate training sessions.
• Collaborate with vendors/third-party training providers for external programs.
