Travel + Leisure Co. in Branson, MO is seeking an experienced Training Manager to partner with site leadership, develop and deliver new hire training, and drive sales performance across the Wyndham brands.

The role requires classroom training using iPads, follow-up coaching, and execution of performance-improvement initiatives with guidance from the Regional Director of Training. Real estate/timeshare licensing may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
• Must obtain a real estate license or timeshare license in the state of residence, if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Oversee training delivery to new hires in classroom settings using the iPad.
• Facilitate 12-week follow-up training in a consistent classroom setting.
• Coordinate JumpStart for underperforming reps with Regional Director of Training approval.
• Ensure ongoing coaching, continued education and topical trainings are provided.
