Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic training-focused leader to oversee Specialist Presenter training and compliance across sites.

You will manage new hire curricula, ongoing coaching, and performance improvement initiatives for in-house and front-line sales teams in Wyndham-branded programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with site leadership, ensuring up-to-date training materials, and adoption of new technology across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year successful Club Wyndham and/or Wordmark sales experience.
• Front line and in house sales experience a plus.
• Minimum 1 year sales management experience preferred.
• Must obtain real estate or timeshare license in the resident state, if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Oversee training including new hire training in classroom and 12-week follow-up sessions.
• Lead JumpStart for underperforming reps with Regional Director approval.
• Coaching and continued education for training classes and floor staff.
• Ensure sites are updated with current collateral and new technology.
• Travel as required to support sites and training initiatives.
