Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Training Specialist to partner with site leadership, drive sales training efforts, and support the Specialist Presenter team for Club Wyndham and Wordmark by Wyndham. You will focus on new-hire curricula, ongoing training, and performance improvement across sales reps.

Ideal candidates have Club Wyndham/Wordmark sales experience, at least 1 year in sales management, and a real estate or timeshare license where required. Some travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Club Wyndham and/or Wordmark sales experience; front line and in-house are a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham and Wordmark by Wyndham.
• At least 1 year of sales management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to TO tables and drive results.
• Specialist Presenter experience preferred.
• Real estate or timeshare license in residing state required, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training, including new hire curriculum delivered in classroom with iPad.
• Lead 12-week follow-up training in a consistent classroom setting.
• Coordinate JumpStart for underperforming reps with Regional Director approval.
• Coach underperforming reps to improve VPG and closing percentage.
• Report monthly on JumpStart actions to the Regional Director of Training.
• Ensure ongoing coaching, continued education, and topical trainings.
• Shadow classes and supervise turnover for new hires within 90 days (50% turnover target).
• Help sites adopt new collateral and support new technology rollouts as SME.
