Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Training Leader to manage onboarding and ongoing development for Club Wyndham and Wordmark sales teams across sites.

You will deliver and refine classroom-based curricula, oversee follow-up coaching, and drive improvements in VPG and close rates through structured JumpStart programs. You will partner with Site VP, Regional Directors, and site trainers, ensuring compliance and adoption of new technologies and collateral.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Club Wyndham/Wordmark sales experience.
• Front line and in-house sales experience are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Club Wyndham and Wordmark by Wyndham Vacations.
• 1+ year sales management experience preferred.
• Experience in Specialist Presenter role is a plus.
• Must obtain a real estate or timeshare license where required by state.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; professional communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training programs including new hire curriculum delivered in classrooms.
• Facilitate 12-week follow-up training for new hires.
• Coordinate Reunite for Results within 45 days of graduation.
• Lead JumpStart selections monthly with Regional Director approval.
• Work with underperforming reps to improve VPG and closing percentage.
• Provide follow-up coaching and ongoing training for staff.
