Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Training Supervisor in Utah to train and develop the store team, driving revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction. The role focuses on developing each teammate through our sales proficiency process and supporting staffing, scheduling, and guest engagement leadership.

The position emphasizes modeling the Living Spaces engagement model, coordinating live trainings, and partnering with Sales Managers to exceed goals.

Qualifications

5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
High volume experience preferred.
Three years of supervisory experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a primary focus on the development of each team member through our sales proficiency process.
Ensure store staffing aligns with guest demand and schedules.
Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during interactions.
Lead sales floor and guest engagement initiatives when assigned.
Ensure ongoing development training and knowledge of training content.
Facilitate live trainings to small and large groups.
Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.
Partner with Sales Managers to meet and exceed goals.
Foster growth and career progression with regular check-ins.
