Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop the team for success by emphasizing guest engagement and sales proficiency.
• Ensure store is accurately staffed and schedules align with guest demand.
• Model Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during guest interactions.
• Lead Sales Floor Leadership and Guest Engagement Leadership responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure ongoing development training and adherence to style guides.
• Address escalated guest situations and provide resolution.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive store culture through servant leadership and staff morale initiatives.
