Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Supervisor to develop the store team and drive guest engagement in order to achieve revenue and budgeted sales targets. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, and modeling the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model to lead by example.

Responsibilities include overseeing training, ensuring daily tasks are completed, addressing guest concerns, and partnering with Retail Sales Managers to exceed goals while fostering a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop team proficiency and guest engagement to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure store staffing aligns with guest demand and schedules.
• Model Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during interactions.
• Lead sales floor and guest engagement leadership when assigned.
• Complete ongoing development training for team members.
• Assist with executing style guide directives and daily tasks.
