Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in sales or sales leadership.
• 2+ years in solution-based sales environments (healthcare/enterprise tech).
• Experience in instructional design and LMS management.
• Proven track record training sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales training programs that support onboarding, product launches, and evolving priorities.
• Translate business strategy and product innovation into scalable training curricula and learning journeys.
• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Create applied learning experiences (simulations, role-plays, case studies).
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Embed compliance into selling with regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Define and track training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance indicators.
