Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial or field sales training, coaching and enablement processes.
• Experience in healthcare diagnostics or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic commercial learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design learning solutions.
• Design role-based learning journeys, onboarding, and sales competency curricula.
• Create AI-enabled personalized learning experiences to accelerate performance.
• Develop training assets: ILT, virtual training, eLearning, microlearning, assessments, and reinforcement tools.
• Lead new hire onboarding programs and support product launches with training strategies.
• Utilize LMS and analytics to monitor training completion, effectiveness, and impact.
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales professionals and managers.
