Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field.
- 5+ years in commercial or field sales training, coaching and enablement processes.
- Experience in healthcare diagnostics or related industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic commercial learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design learning solutions.
- Design role-based learning journeys, onboarding, and sales competency curricula.
- Create AI-enabled personalized learning experiences to accelerate performance.
- Develop training assets: ILT, virtual training, eLearning, microlearning, assessments, and reinforcement tools.
- Lead new hire onboarding programs and support product launches with training strategies.
- Utilize LMS and analytics to monitor training completion, effectiveness, and impact.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales professionals and managers.
