Job summary

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. in Western Pennsylvania seeks a skilled Sales Trainer to onboard and develop our in-home sales team, focusing on proven selling systems and consultative approaches.

You will lead a 3-week New Hire Training, coach field reps, and collaborate with sales leadership to drive performance, growth, and accountability across Western PA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2C home remodeling direct sales with proven performance results.
• 2+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, leadership, or facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate our immersive 3-week New Hire Sales Training Program.
• Coach and develop new and existing sales team members through roleplays, in-field observations, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
• Become a subject matter expert in our products, systems, customer experience standards, and proven sales methodology.
• Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify development opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions with energy and professionalism.
• Measure training effectiveness through reporting, performance metrics, and feedback analysis.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-Home Sales Trainer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Position Overview

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for onboarding and developing new sales representatives as well as improving current sales representatives, closing techniques, reinforcing company processes, and driving overall sales performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the home improvement industry and understands consultative in-home sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems (sales force is a plus) and sales/training technology tools
