Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Develop and implement customized sales training programs for teams and individuals.
• Lead engaging training sessions for new hires and experienced reps.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching to new sales representatives to optimize performance.
• Mentor and guide new hires through onboarding and ramp-up.
