Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients through in-field sales calls.
• Develop and implement tailored training programs for different teams and individuals.
• Lead training sessions to motivate new recruits and seasoned reps.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to assess training needs and develop strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and performance metrics.
