Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn about insurance industry and obtain license.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through cold calling.
• Develop and implement sales training programs.
• Lead training sessions for new recruits and seasoned reps.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to assess training needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to new reps.
