Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sales Trainer to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning experiences that boost sales performance across the Marketing Contact Center.

You will lead new-hire and ongoing training, create digital content using adult learning principles, and update programs as policies evolve. You will collaborate with Operations, QA, and other stakeholders to close performance gaps, mentor associates, and provide operational support to the Academy and Floor Operations

Competenze

• Two years of experience facilitating training, coaching, or developing learning content in a contact center, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and its application to instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis, interpret operational and quality data, and recommend practical learning solutions.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, written communication, and stakeholder management skills across frontline, leadership, and cross-functional audiences.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with eLearning content development tools and digital learning media.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools for content creation and learning workflows.

Mansioni

• Facilitates instructor-led, virtual, and blended sales training for MCCO associates, including product knowledge and performance expectations.
• Designs and develops digital and facilitator-led training materials for new programs and promotions.
• Partners with Operations and QA to identify learning gaps and implement targeted solutions.
• Delivers ongoing training, refresher sessions, and just-in-time learning; updates content for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Maintains MCCO SharePoint learning content and communicates updates to frontline teams.
