Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando is seeking a Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate learning experiences that strengthen sales performance across the Marketing Contact Center. The role develops digital and facilitator-led content, trains new programs, and coaches frontline teams.

You will mentor associates and leaders, partner with operations to close performance gaps, and support content updates while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and its application to instructor-led, virtual, blended and digital learning.
• Experience analyzing training needs and identifying performance gaps.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new-hire and ongoing sales training for MCCO associates, covering product, sales behaviors, customer experience, and compliance.
• Design digital and facilitator-led training materials for new programs and updates.
• Monitor learner progress and update content for accuracy and alignment with policies.
• Maintain MCCO SharePoint content and communicate updates to teams.
• Provide mentoring and feedback to associates and frontline leaders.
