The Sales Trainee (ST) position is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) role. You will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations and other absences while maintaining strong relationships with both large and small format stores.

During the program, you may interview for open ASM roles. Upon completion and certification, you may remain in the ST role up to 12 months (with possible extension) if performance remains high

Qualificações

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsabilidades

• The Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role designed to prepare the ST for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) role and to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off-premise stores.
• Provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness or special projects as needed.
• Support daily execution of Red Bull standards and brand rotation to ensure fresh product and proper brand flow.
