After completing the six-month Dallas program, you may be promoted to an established regional sales territory in the U.S. The role emphasizes relationship-building with multiple departments and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Sales/Marketing/Business/Engineering with business emphasis.
• Ability to work independently and meet short-term deadlines.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate in the future.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 2.85 on a 4.0 scale.
• Graduation date Dec 2026 – May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of product line, applications and market trends.
• Build cross-department relationships at Dallas HQ to support field sales.
• Manage a territory with guidance from a Regional Manager.
• Identify customer problems and drive profitable growth.
• Coordinate with supply chain, technical service and logistics to meet needs.
• Plan territory/account strategy for an entry-level role in a multi-million-dollar geography.
• Apply value-added selling to differentiate from competitors.
• Gather competitive intelligence for territory and market segments.
• Travel frequently for meetings and customer visits.
