Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Management or Engineering degree with a business emphasis.
• Graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027.
• Must maintain minimum cumulative 2.85 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough knowledge of OxyChem's product line, targeted applications and market trends that impact the sales cycle.
• Develop and build multifunctional relationships with all departments at Dallas headquarters to enhance support and performance in field sales.
• Use product knowledge and sales process skills to manage a territory with expected proficiency in early career sales with oversight from a Regional Manager.
• Recognize, anticipate, and solve customer problems resulting in business opportunities and profitable growth.
• Understand and proactively analyze customer product and service needs and coordinate with OxyChem's resources to solve those needs.
• Develop and implement territory and account planning skills to manage an entry level role in a multi-million-dollar sales geography.
• Use value added selling techniques to differentiate OxyChem from its competitors and deliver premium value to the corporation.
• Develop, analyze and communicate broad competitive intelligence for the territory and market segment(s) assigned.
• Position requires frequent travel away from home, entertainment and regional meeting attendance
