Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in Ohio to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager. The role works with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format off-premise stores, delivering services safely and professionally per Red Bull standards.

The Training role is designed to prepare the trainee for the ASM path, with opportunities to interview for open ASM

Qualifications

• Must have valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores of all formats.
• Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Assist with in-route and on-premise store execution and audits as needed.
