Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Sales Trainee in Ohio to support sales initiatives and maintain relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for both large and small format off-premise stores. The program prepares the trainee for an Account Sales Manager role through training and certification.

Upon successful completion, the trainee may interview for ASM roles; the position includes in-route and off-route support, brand stewardship, and adherence to Red Bull standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations or illness.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Assist with in-route and off-route store execution and merchandising tasks.
