Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. The trainee will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations or other absences, while working to maintain relationships with customers across large and small format stores.

You will collaborate with management to serve customers safely, professionally, and in line with Red Bull execution standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness or injury.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and assist with daily KPI related to sales and merchandising.
